The POCO X5 5G features a 6.67" AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate (SGS certified) and 240 Hz touch sampling for faster response in gaming and navigation. The screen includes Corning Gori protection.

Performance is driven by the Qualcomm SM6375 Snapdragon 695 5G (6 nm) chipset paired with an octa-core CPU (2x2.2 GHz Kryo 660 Gold + 6x1.7 GHz Kryo 660 Silver) and a memory configuration of 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

The 5000 mAh (non-removable) battery provides long autonomy. There is a 3.5 mm audio jack and Dual SIM support (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by). Connectivity includes Bluetooth 5.1 and 5G via the Snapdragon 695.
