Its color is intense yellow with slight greenish reflections. Of great complexity and elegance, on the nose it is concentrated and intense: the La Pirámide vineyard presents aromas of ripe tropical fruits, pineapple and white peach; the Domingo vineyard presents citrus and mineral aromas.

On the palate it shows a sweet, creamy impact, with flavors of ripe fruit and very good acidity that gives it a fresh, long finish.

Suggested pairings include salads with mild dressings, soups and creams — especially fish soups or vegetable creams such as pumpkin or carrot — and it is a great aperitif with cheeses like Gruyère, Edam, Brie, goat cheese, Parmesan or provolone.
