The grapes were brought to the cellar in Colchagua and underwent selection using Vistalys optical technology, ensuring a high standard of quality control.
The juice was naturally decanted in stainless-steel tanks and fermented 100% in stainless-steel vats to preserve the fruit's freshness. Malolactic fermentation was not carried out.
