Blend: 90% Malbec, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot. Intense aromas of ripe plums and blackberries, with subtle spice notes contributed by the Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.

Fermentation at a maximum of 28°C for 11 days, followed by 18 days of maceration. Complete malolactic fermentation.

Aged for 12 months in French oak (100% new), adding additional notes of vanilla and coffee, increasing the wine's complexity and structure.

Pairs well with honey-glazed pork rack, lamb tagine with plums, and loin with orange sauce, thanks to its sweetness and voluptuous character.
