Dry red wine produced by Viña Santa Rita from Carmenere grapes grown in the Valle de Rapel on alluvial soils with good drainage, promoting perfect grape ripening.
Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Aged 8 months in French and American oak.
Appearance: intense ruby red. Nose: notes of black fruit and spice, with highlights of chocolate and vanilla. Palate: medium body, velvety tannins, long and pleasurable finish.
Serving temperature: 16 à 18° C. Cellaring: ready to drink. Pairing: meats, stews and soft cheeses. Shelf life: indefinite if stored in a dry place away from light.
