Anke red wine in a 750 ml bottle, made from Carmenere, Petit Verdot and Syrah grapes. The grapes are crushed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts for 10 to 12 days at 26–28 °C, then aged in French and American oak for 10 to 12 months.
Each varietal is kept separately before the final blend, resulting in an intense ruby red color, good intensity and complexity of flavors. Aromas are marked by red fruits and notes of raspberry, fig and violet flowers; oak aging contributes spice, toasted almonds and vanilla, as well as structure on the palate.
