100% Merlot varietal whose vines come from the Curicó Valley, a region of hot, dry summers that allow calm grape ripening, resulting in soft, silky tannins and distinct aromas.

Bright dark red color with slight violet reflections. On the nose it shows fresh red fruits, cherry, plum and spice notes. On the palate it is smooth and elegant, with good volume, texture and silky tannins.

VINIFICATION

Hand-harvest with selection of the bunches; gentle destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 7 to 10 days, with manual pump-overs three times a day. Aged 6 months in French oak barrels (100%).

RECOMMENDATIONS

Serve at 16 °C. Can be enjoyed young now or aged in cellar up to 4 years.
